Fry Sauce
Posted by: HoboSylvain | 2013-08-05 19:58:48 | Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
Keywords: food
Salt Lake City has its own staple food... well, kind of. It's known for its 'fry sauce' which is basically a mix of mayonaise and ketchup to eat with fries.

Many kids already know that specialty... but here it was elevated to a standard.  It first started in a chain restaurant (they are still putting on their fries packaging that they're the creator of that sauce recipe).

It's nice... nothing spectacular of course... but since it's the staple food item from Salt Lake City, I had to try it.
